Original graphite pencil drawing of a Sycamore Seeds on Bristol Board - 10 x 10". Mounted and framed in black rustic framed to 12 x 12". Drawn freehand from life. I collected these seeds from one of my regular dog walks across the golf course. What attracted me was the complex twisted shape they created. Sycamore Seeds was accepted and exhibited in The Society of Graphic Fine Arts annual open exhibition in October 2017 on the South Bank in London.
My drawings aim to show the subject's beauty with a gentle sensitive touch. Drawn freehand from life in graphite pencil on Bristol Board, it is framed in a wooden rustic frame, signed by myself and is ready to hang. Part of my Daily Sketch series, these are small botanical studies that are from plants and woodland shrubs that I collect on my dog walks or are in my garden. Each sketch is worked on daily for over a period of a couple of weeks.
A certificate of authenticity is provided on the reverse of each picture, signed and dated by myself.
