Cow Pose

Cat / Cow pose is one of Yoga's foundation poses, this is the cow version.  

For me cat / cow pose has been one of the most useful to me, particularly beneficial to my stiff back and helping with flexibility.

Painted in oils, 12" x 12" on a 5mm thick panel, it has a groove on the back so it can be hung as it is or framed by your local framer.
