If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or it is damaged in transit you must notify me within 14 working days of receiving your artwork. Please email me with details of the problem.
You may return an art print if you are unhappy with the product when you receive it. Provided it is returned to me in as good a condition as you received it then I will refund you in full including the original shipping cost to you. I will not however, refund the shipping cost back to me. If it arrives damaged then please contact me along with photographic evidence of the damage. I will then discuss with you a refund of some sorts.
In the rare case that you receive an original painting that you are not happy with you may send the original back for a full 100% refund. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the painting back to the studio in the same perfect condition it left in. If an original arrives damaged then please contact me with full photographic evidence of the damage, then we can discuss a refund of some sorts.
As per originals, however once you have agreed that you wish to purchase the commission I will not accept a return if upon receipt of the artwork you decide that you don't want it anymore. Commissions are normally personal and the chances are that I will not be able to sell it to anyone else.
I am not responsible for artwork that is lost or stolen once delivery notification has been sent.
