Yoga has become part of my life over the last few years. I have drifted in and out of yoga over the years but lately I have finally begun to appreciate how much it helps me in so many ways. Maybe as I have got older I appreciate slowing down more and not rushing around so much, or finally beginning to move the disconnected mind and body back together, I don't know. I'm not great at it, I just do it on my own at my own pace but the simplicity of the poses and the quiet seem to be the tonic I need right now. These pieces are some poses that have come through life drawing references, I will add to them over time to form a growing mindful collection.
